Most marketing audits produce a PowerPoint with observations. This one produces a working document you can act on immediately with specific recommendations, explicit reasoning for each, and a prioritized list of what to address first.

Over four weeks I'll interview your founder, sales team, and key customers. I'll evaluate your messaging across every customer-facing surface, analyze your funnel data, and assess how well your team structure matches your GTM motion.

You'll leave with clarity on three things: what's actually broken (not just what feels broken), what to fix first and why, and whether you're spending your limited marketing budget in the right places.

No ongoing commitment required. This is a standalone engagement though many clients use it as the foundation for Advisory or Embedded CMO.
